16 patients at one time, with at least two serious. Out of a canvas bag and the patient's own IFAK. While wounded. Think about it for a minute.

Certainly a hero in my book. He is a classic definition of selfless service.
Treated 16 patients while wounded. Incredible.
Looking at the picture he appears to be very modest.
Simply outstanding!
