The treaty:

1 - does not affect our national laws or constitutional rights
2 - is only concerned with international laws and arms smuggling outside agreed to legal arms transfer protocols
3 - requires Senate approval no matter what the POTUS does

I guess nobody understands what federalism's "checks and balances" either means or how they work.

All true. but it would be better if the Senate outright rejects this treaty. It may reduce the imports into this country through "regulation" and not law. Because this is how the President "rolls",

Never ratified "But we will live up to" the law?

Although I agree with you, this guy thinks completely differently. My question then is why does he still do it.
