A courageous women challenged the "status quo" recently, and may have in the process, launched the most important political movement of our time.
While that proves true, we must support this movement; regardless of consequence to our sensibilities, affiliations, or religious belief.
As happenstance would have it, this young women was arrested for her blatant display of equality. After being convict for that display, she challenged a court order, which sentenced her to 2 years in jail. A ruling that she believed, denied her 1st, 4th, 10th, and 14th amendment rights.
Needless to say, she went ti jail, but rather than submit to chauvinistic pressures this young women went on a hunger strike, exampling a display of commitment to cause, not seen since Gandi.
