Just found this this AM:

http://nationalinterest.org/commentary/chinas-syria-connection-8859

An interesting read. Most interesting to me was the revelation that China fears radicalization of the Sunni's in China. Iran/Russia support of the Shia Assad regime.

Seems to me that this is an opportunity for a little misinformation/disinformation campaign that would exploit the Sunni/Shia rift in Islam and create problems for China, Iran, and Russia at the same time?

The Russkies did that to us in the '70's. Seems as though at opportunity for pay-back is presenting itself. It would be nice for once to pit the Chinese/Korean alliance against the Iran/Russia alliance and use the Sunni-Shia hatred as the catalyst.

We could sit on the side-lines and enjoy the show. Could be a win-win-win for us. :D

I like the way you think. Only problem is China is now our friend according to the current administration. I'm not sure why they think that but hey what do I know.

Doesn't matter because t the end of the da it would ultimately mean fewer muslims.

I don't know but that may be a good misdirection for us (pretending to be friends with China) and could present an opportunity to clandestinely infiltrate and radicalize the Sunni's in China - something they fear. Could present real problems for China internally and with their interests in Indonesia, Africa, and the Middle East, as well as their relations with North Korea, and by extension Iran.
