I would like to offer a mentoree opportunity for a few guys who have a selection class date within six months to a year.
I will provide document resources as well as advice on workout schedule, goals, and resiliency. Much of what I provide gets down to the WHY you want to be SF and how you can turn that into motivation.

I am still taking guys who would like a mentor before selection and keep them on track and working towards their goals. Just send me your email, where you are at in the process, and your short background. Do not expect a reply unless I receive all of this info. ATTENTION TO DETAIL!
I have helped 6 out of 7 get selected. The only one being a broken foot, which he ignored and finished the course.
There is a correlation between being selected and always seeking information on how to better oneself.

A direct form of contact with the person offering training advice would be great. Yes there are many training routines and plans already out there. But when you run into a dilema; hit a plateu, or can not complete and excercise, being able speak directly to the person who created the plan would be of great help.
I will no longer be mentoring potential SF candidates until the current political environment changes.
