Why don't the MSM show us the real stories coming out of Syria - of which the attached two are just a sample? As much as I don't like agreeing w/Putin, I believe he may be right in this case. Assad was certainly no gem; but as a minority Alawite muslim, he didn't seem to be out to kill all Christians - and those not deemed "muslim" enough... I guess it would be deemed "poor form" to show the American people just what our tax dollars are supporting.

STOBEY, I have to question your source. It doesn't seem to be the most reliable in the world, and that ship is way too big for a small arms shipment.
Are you double checking your source?

TR, sir, I think you may be right. I cannot verify from any other source that this container vessel was carrying US arms designated for shipment to FSA. I myself questioned the individual as to how he knew what the ship carried. Have received no reply to date.
I should not have posted that until I verified claim w/reliable news sources. I will make sure to verify such before posting in future. (But it certainly WOULD have been poetic justice if it were true - don't you agree??)
