Cold Hammer Forged Barrels Made In Singapore

I have been trying to locate this manufacturer. I have good reason to believe there is a manufacturer or at least a dealer of cold hammer forged barrels in Singapore; But, I can not find decent sign on them of the standard Google search. I am considering contacting ST Kenetics, but, am not certain the SAR 21 is even made with CHF barrels.

Any help on locating this company gets a finder's fee of $500.
