The reason we don't allow children

Hello, I have used the search bar and attempted to find an answer and did
everything I could to prevent starting a new thread since I understand it is
frowned upon, especially for a person who is not in the military. I plan on trying
out the GoRuck selection course, I am more then confident that I will be able to
be allowed into the event. I am just a little nervous about my feet.
Does anyone who has had experience with SFAS or similar courses prefer a
certain type of sock. I am more then confident about my footwear
(Converse Desert Boots)
I am just concerned about the type of socks I should wear. Cotton, Wool,
Heavy socks, light socks?
The event will take place in Georgia, where I am expected to get wet, muddy,
cold, and all the works.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and I apologize if this thread angered any members.
