View Full Version : I Have a Plan to Destroy America
Richard D. Lamm is my favorite Democrat. He is like a liberal Newt Gingrich.

I have a secret plan to destroy America. If you believe, as many do, that Americais too smug, too white-bread, too self-satisfied, too rich, let’s destroy America.
It is not that hard to do. History shows that nations are more fragile than their citizens think. No nation in history has survived the ravages of time. Arnold Toynbee observed that all great civilizations rise and they all fall, and that “an autopsy of history would show that all great nations commit suicide.”
So here’s my three-part plan. As you will see, it merely extends
trends already operating in America.

A terrific article and thank you for the post. IMO, he is right on target with his assessment. Can America wake up in time? Possibly, but I think it is going to take a truly major crisis first. Something on the order of the Great Depression or God forbid, a nuclear attack, or a pandemic will be necessary though I think.

Every 12-step plan starts with a significant emotional event. We just haven't experienced anything significant enough to tip the balance away from the current trends yet.

No worries , just wait until the swag-bags run out for the "free-stuffers". They'll be rioting, looting and burning their own homes in a manner that will make the Soweto riots look like Romper-Room.

This is what concerns me the most, due to owning in a home in a relatively nice neighborhood with a "less-fortunate" neighborhood three blocks to my south.

Collectively, yes. Individually, the election/re-election were enough to make me swear off communism forever.

The conservative summit in July (ad at the end of the article) has a better lineup than alot of current geriatric rock fests.
