They won't last long with out their MTV, rappers and MP3 players, I give them a few more hours, tops.
I'd be looking for the ringleader (teacher) because we all know that the PB's (putty brains) are not yet old enough to think for themselves. I hope it remains peaceful, for the sake of the local police.....(the same police that could not find the killer of a three year old child, murdered in her own home.)

I'd say ignore 'em and let them stay, as long as they do not disrupt other students or library functions.
If they get out of hand, tell them that for every hour they remain, they lose one grade point on their GPA.
