I have watched the same house get fixed up and resold 3 or 4 times in the last 3 years.
First thing at the curb is a 40+" TV.
The front door is always open and a new 60" TV hanging on the wall. :D

I have heard the waste, fraud and abuse speach so many times I think I can give that steach. Question, can someone list all of the waste, fraud and abuse that has really been cut? :rolleyes: I didn't think so.
