These people are great to work with as I have bought two books before from them.

By the way, the one book I want to get from them deals all about the RLI and it is in the $650.00R cost. That isn't really allot as it will it comes out to $72.00 American.

They published my book in South Africa in a joint effort with the UK firm Helion. The owner, Chris Cox was in the RLI himself and wrote a good book called Fireforce, he has co-authored some other books too.

Guy, is Chris Cox's book on the RLI, I believe it is called "Fireforce" the best one book to get on the RLI?

The best book on the RLI to date is probably The Saints, edited by Chris Cocks. It covers all the RLI operations and much more. Fireforce is a personal story by Chris and covers only his experiences, so if you want the full story, The Saints is the one.

That is great, "The Saints" was my first purchase. It came along with a DVD that contained interviews and some action and follow-ups. Are you in the book?

No, I am not in that book. I did operate in Rhodesia a bit, but with a South African unit. Most of my operations were in South West Africa and Angola. If you want an excellent book on how fireforce evolved, Counter Strike from the Sky by JRT Woods is the one, it is chock-full of tactical detail that anyone using choppers in an offensive role will value greatly.
