Klayman maintains that Obama formed an official task force to address the issue and thus was obligated by federal law to reveal the committee's membership.

Interesting that the Justice Department isn't so concerned with truth or blame, but more about what seems to be a procedural error because of where the "home office" is located.
What kind of unpatriotic goons would file a motion from the wrong city?

Actually, if you look at their record they are very transparent. They want to destroy that pesky out-dated constitution.
