I don't know if many of you ever came across Earl, but he was a legend here at VT. He served in three wars and did much, much more, including competing internationally in racquetball. The drillfield at VT will essentially be shut down on Tuesday for his service at the War Memorial Chapel.
RIP Sir, you were a fine man and the mentor to many in the Corps of Cadets.
