Sir, it happened because Senator McCain cancelled at the last minute.... I cannot even believe they have her speaking what with her "love" of all things Military. :rolleyes:

IMO it's an outright slap in the face of those who have served.
I served eight years while slick willy (and his hag) was CINC, it was the the worst eight years of my SF career. That witch single handedly destroyed the morale of the US military.
Make no mistake, Senator McCain is a democrat and I'm betting he's looking to serve as VP with billery as president in 2008.
SOWF could have cancelled the dinner, or just said no thank you to Senator McCain's request. (I would have cancelled the dinner.)
This is going to hurt SOWF very badly, thanks to the witch from NYC.
Senator Klinton thank you for destroying yet another great institution.

TS...McCain being on the board of directors...you'd think he'd have a say in who might replace him. Ah well. Supposedly hitlary is not receiving money for this speaking engagement.

SOWF says McCain recommended Hillary to replace him, and his staff assisted with getting her.

They are just sending out form letters.

I called instead of the email thing and voiced my discontent.
In the book "Dereliction of Duty" the author a retired Air Force LTC stated that Hillary Clinton did not allow military members to wear their uniforms in the White House.
Now she's on the Senate military sub-committee and giving speeches on behalf of SOWF. Wonder what she's up to?

My best friend's husband (Master Sergeant at the time) worked in the White House during the last year of George Bush's presidency and the first two years of the Clinton's. I asked him why he could only wear his uniform on Friday, and I couldn't believe some the things he told me about how the Clintons treated the military. He couldn't wait to get out of there and back to 1st Cav.

Dick Morris was on Fox News last night SLAMMING Hillary. Said he's totally opposed to her being President. Said the plan all along was 8 years for Bill and 8 for Hillary. Claimed that all of the Clinton scandals were caused by her (I think he forgot one of them).
She is dangerous in 2008. We need to get someone ready to beat her.
I was curious about what is happening with this so I went to the website and they had taken down all info about hillary speaking. I'm wondering if it was because they got so much flack. Anyone have an update on this?

I noticed the same thing.
Hillary's going to give the speech and lots of SF Guys are going to walk away from supporting this endeavor is my guess.
Maybe we can make it up to her and let her be guest of honor at sniper school or something.

No one said you couldn't strike with the spine of the blade. The balance will be a bit off, but it will allow for terrific internal damage without the risk of bleeding out. ;)
