Task Force Prong went through Ia Drang after Moore in '65, and I'm still finding out things about dad, 3 years post Taps.

Wheeler's / Cooper's site, MikeForce.org, documents that an NVA 12.7 HMG captured in Prong, is displayed at SW Museum at Bragg. I just found this out. It's not mentioned in Marshall's West To Cambodia, or on LaPolla's site 4rth ID (5 GRP comm liaison).

Anyone on the boards who can contribute info? Dad was there; got hit in foot during this action 11/10/66...

Thanks for your service.

Hi Richard!

We attempted to do the 'Introductions' post; but posting to that thread was denied access.

Of course; it was NOT denied access because the 72 hour period had passed (indeed; 96 hours passed), and mods or admin neglected to 'activate'. It was denied access for whatever OTHER reason; so we posted HERE, where access by Legacy of A Professional Soldier was permitted.

Glad there's no problem with that Sir...

Now; back on topic if we can ...

Thanks,
ACCL

I recommend that you follow Richard's guidance immediately.

This is not your board, and we want to know who we are addressing.

You have my attention.

It wouldn't allow you to post because that link is the "Instructions" thread, a "READ AND HEED" thread and closed for further posting.

HOWEVER - the instructions tell you to go to "Introductions V" (which is this link http://www.professionalsoldiers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=36757 ) and make your first post.

When you go to the "Introductions V" link, be sure to go to the "Last" page and scroll down below the last post on the page to the "POST REPLY" button or you won't be able to post there, either.

Last chance, se·ñor "back on topic if we can"!
