Need POC for NG SF in RI

Im in need of some assistance. I just recently ran into a former soldier from my old infantry BN and he is trying to go the SF route. He is looking at the NG because active duty is not looking for prior service recruits. He is a recent college grad, lives in CT and is Chinese. He is someone that I can personally vouch for.

If someone can provide me with a POC in the RI NG SF, and not just a phone number from the website, I'd really appreciate it.
