I wasn't sure if I should post this in 'The Comedy Zone' or this section. This interview had me laughing my ass off, especially the part where Alex uses a British accent. I don't believe everything Alex says, but I prefer his opinion over the MSM's. This interview is about the 2nd Amendment and Alex's Whitehouse petition to deport Piers.

In my opinion, he got the "deterrance against tyranny" bit right.

But I think getting all angry and screamy not only possibly failed to shape perceptions in the right direction of those not already entrenched in support of gun control, but getting the blood pumping and getting all emotional rarely provides any benefit in a debate.

I think it was a draw.

Entrenched gun control advocates can say, "See?! Those gun owners are all loco crazy angry white middle class men. We're right."

Strong 2nd Amendment supporters can claim a win from bashing Piers.

What matters is what the other 80% of disengaged and lazy people thought, doesn't it?

Does this mean the opportunity is now lost for someone who is calm, cool, and collected to mirror Piers and systematically dissect him and his views with a smile rather than a scream?

Nice dig on Piers being fired for the phone hacking scandal.

If only he could have nailed him on his false sycophantic patriotism.

If Piers was 1/10 the military supporting patriot he claims he wouldn't have intentionally staged photos of prisoner abuse by UK Forces in Iraq and place them at risk.

Piers is filth with a posh accent.

He deserves to be verbally dissected by someone better able than Alex Jones.

Just my opinion.

Like him or not Jones definitely gets the nod for emotion.

My take you had one guy screaming there is a FIRE that is going to consume us if we don't take action. And the other guy was the polar opposite.....Oh silly you, it's just another false alarm, there is nothing wrong so please stay seated.

Are you going to peek over shoulder to see if there are flames as the screaming man said, or stay seated and blindly take the other guys word it is a false alarm?

I saw this as a case of verbal diarrhea vs. silver-tongued-sock-puppet.

Agree with Jones 100% on the 2nd Amendment in defense of creeping tyranny, but he was displaying an inability to make his points effectively. There is a way to passionately defend your views WHILE keeping it coherent AND keeping your opponent on their heels. Jones did not accomplish that.

Bottom line: Piers Morgan is a tool, literally and figuratively.

I say let Piers continue to spew his idiocy. Pervesely, he's one of the best assets our side has.

For pure entertainment value, I would like to see him interview Ted Nugent.

CNN knew exactly what they were doing getting AJ on.

They've been catching enough flak regarding Piers's lunatic tirades they decided to counter it the only way they know how, by tapping someone who would react exactly as the majority of the antis view the gun crowd.......raving madmen.

Piers himself must've been laughing.....shut up, take a little spittle to the face....and then discredit in his closing comments and followup discussions as always.

my take on it was a train wreck, AJ looked like he was about to pull out a tin foil hat and did no favors to Patriotic Americans, my first take was holy SPIT this guy is going to make us all look bad. yes he was right in what he said but its how he went about saying it.

CNN got what they exactly wanted out of that guy...Bush did 9-11!

So everything else that Jones states will be held in the same regard as "9-11 was an inside job": you have a right to high capacity clips and evil assault rifles are needed to figth drones and tanks!

Guys like that do more harm than good but agreed the CNN paraded him out there to make Morgan look level headed!

Piers Morgan and CNN are doing their best to beat out some good ratings for his show.

Dropping a big one in the toilet bowl ain't going to raise the water level any - unless you flush.

Bottom line: Piers Morgan is a tool, literally and figuratively.

He is as much hated in the UK as he seems to be with some people here in the States.

The words "unethical journalism practices" comes to mind whenever his name pop up..for someone who made it on Trumps show of the Apprentice to someone who claims to be sensible and an average person, he does have a snooty attitude when he does show it without realizing it.

He has thrown toys out of the pram..do a search for his tweeter comments about Arsenal Football Club this season and you will find another Alex Jones..but in this case, he hasn't got a clue about his own football club for the most part.

I liked that interview with Joshua Boston but I liked the letter he wrote to Dianne Feinstein even more. Looks like DiFi's head is about to fall off in the video lol

Jones is not helping us.
Articulate debaters with great verbal skills are what we need right now.
Not Jones nor Ted Nugent.
We need to convince the millions of fence sitters.

BTW isn't it funny how the gun control groups are now calling themselve Gun Safety groups?
I feel so much better.

IMO, Ben Shapiro did a better job:
