Conservatives need to take their brand back from the GOP and disentangle themselves from the ego driven side of conservative institutions that make it about the leaders of the organizations and not the ideas these claim they’re

Absolutely, Sig, the whole ideological centric focus is driving me crazy. IMO it is polarizing, not unifying and does nothing for driving the dialog to pragmatic solutions that are within conservative principles addressing real problems that a majority of people can relate to. In fact it does just the opposite and degenerates any meaningful dialog into a monologue and at worst begins to make conservatives look and sound like that crazy guy on the corner standing on soapbox.

Absolutely Sig, but we also have to adhere to core values and principles. And then we have to bend like to willow at times or we will continue to lose battle after battle.
It is not that Conservatives are all that crazy guy on the corner - yes we have them just like everyone else; the communications issue is breaking through all of the noise, distortions, and historical lies to reach the so-called "low-information voters".

I didn't mean to suggest that we actually were the crazy guy standing on the corner. Rather, I am suggesting that, as you put it we are failing to "break[ing] through all of the noise, distortions..." we appear to be that crazy guy. This IMO is the misinformation disinformation campaign that is being waged from the left. An excellently crafted and executed PSYOPs war IMO.

I understood what you meant TJ, didn't mean to imply otherwise. Agreed on the PSYOP campaign, but I do not know if it is an actually orchestrated as a deliberate campaign. I think it is SOP for them and since the press figured out that it could take down a president (Nixon), they have become deliberately more overt in their actions. Orchestrated, coordinated - that remains to be seen. But then we do have the JournaList fiasco as an indicator.
Another commo issue is the unforced errors our side makes and gets widely disseminated as opposed to the other sides errors that are dismissed if not ignored by our so-called press.

Agree. I have a hard time seeing this as actually orchestrated too. If not, then "the unforced errors" on our side is making this far too easy for them. The problem a bit more manageable, too, if we only need to get our house in order.
