Was going through the Rock Island Auction site and saw these knives for bid. Est price is $1400-2500. Thought some of our knife enthusiast would be interested.

Included in this lot are; 1) Fairbairn Sykes knife with 6 3/4" unmarked blade and ribbed brass handle, round pommel and leather sheath. 2) Fairbairn Sykes knife with 6 7/8" blade and alloy ribbed handle, round pommel and leather sheath. 3) Early model Fairbairn Sykes knife with 6 3/4" blade and knurled brass handle and round pommel. 4) Fairbairn Sykes knife with 7" blade and ribbed brass handle, round pommel and leather sheath. 5) Wostenholm & Son knife with 7" blade and leather handle, round pommel and leather sheath.

Interesting. Looks like three 3rd pattern knives, one 2nd pattern "Fatman", and I'm unfamiliar with the one that has a stacked leather handle. Have to do some digging.

Where did you get those? The leather stacked one was a knife made in the 70's if I remember right. Got one on a plaque some where from the 5th SFGA.
