Rest well Brother...
Prayers for the Team, family and friends.
This one hurt bad. One thing I've learned about 6+ years in the Regiment as a support Soldier, you get to know people well. This serves to better understand these men in what they do and how they do it, but the unintended consequence is when they are killed doing what they love and for something bigger than themselves, it hurts.
RIP Riley, I'm going to miss you and your very direct attitude. Never a grey statement from you, just the truth that needed to be told.

I just got wind of this. My heart dropped, as I remember the time I spent as we both were trying to be medics. I lost touch, as we went our separate ways. As one posted earlier, from what I remember, there ain't no rest for St. Peter if Riley thinks something is screwed up. Obviously they need him more than we do down here.
Prayers out to his family and all that were close to him.
