One of his friends told me the boys were not to blame, and that there was a difference between women who wore loose niqabs and tight ones.

I remember that during Operation Bright Star it was a bad problem for the female troops who had to interact with Eqyptian soldiers and civilians. They were flat getting groped anytime that they were by themselves. We actually had to post male guards outside of the portable toilets so that the females could safely use them.
