If true it's all wind. I've never seen or heard of any NBPP activity in or around Tampa. The Uhuru Movement across the bay in St Pete can be vocal and helped incite riots in 1996, but they are few in number. Security for the RNC downtown has been planned out well enough to create ingress/egress headaches for anybody who has business there...so if the NBPP plans to step on anything they will have to endure traffic jams, detours and security funnels to do so.
