Three Special Forces Soldiers killed, not true. There were three members of the US Military killed but they were not Special Forces soldiers. We have confirmed this.
We have also confirmed that many of the "professional" news agencies personnel putting out this story are in fact idiots.

Just wondering if these soldiers died under the circumstances that were also first reported? Invited to dinner? Any confirmation on that part of the reports, Team Sergeant?

We've not looked into the circumstances of how the American military personnel were killed just that they were not in fact Special Forces soldiers. I'm sure it will be reported (instead of repeated) by some more credible news sources.

My sincere apologies for starting the thread that inspired this one, without having full disclosure of what happened.
To the Americans perished in the attacks, my thoughts and prayers to you and yours.

Supported that unit that lost the three soldiers at JRTC before they deployed. I personally never interacted with them, because they were well above my pay grade but that is besides the point. Either way, we had a moment of silence for them at my battalion's ball this past weekend in their honor.
