At first I thought maybe he was not serious, and the above video was sorta a joke to CNN. Then the video below came out....hes serious!

REALLY Bill? Maybe its for Soapbox. Maybe its General Discussion. Its almost too bizarre to be considered early bird. Not really news, more like the onion. It is however outright lies, but at the same rate, with the lack of investigative reporting, or even looking at current firearm laws, its total comedy. Good on the Congressmen for knowing what he was talking about though. That was a fresh surprise. Thought I would share.

Sent him a respectful email asking to please research before making erroneous statements. Everything he asked for is already on the books.

I like Bill, but he is clueless on this issue.

Wow...10 minutes of Google-fu could have kept him from looking like a complete idiot on this topic...

Alas, I've never cared much for Bill, despite his last name. To me, this just proves why. I think he's always been pretty fast and loose with facts, if they don't support his pov.

What is a heavy weapon??

One that weight more than 3 lbs?? or is longer the 6ft??

This is really really dumb...

Personally I've always thought he was an insufferable ass - right, wrong, or indifferent. This reinforces it.

I was going to write him but I am sure enough already did. There were so many factual errors in there, including the 60,000 rounds error, people can have pistols but not semi-automatics, etc.

I would like the opportunity to take some of these people to the range and teach them.

I think O'Reilly jumped the shark when he became a semi-regular on The View.

I think O'Reilly jumped the shark when he became a simi-regular on The View.

Are you calling Barbara Walters a shark?

...a simi-regular...

Hey - I'm a "Simi" regular, too - at a number of local restaurants, their Alexander Valley Cabernet is one of the nicer, reasonably priced per glass wine offerings. ;)
