In its efforts to improve the body armor soldiers wear during combat, the U.S. Army has suddenly realized that female soldiers' bodies are different from men's.
So how many Powerpoint slides did that take after payment of the 7-figure research grant?
Is this something the new Ranger graduettes should beta-test?
While thinking on it - it does make sense to make better fitting armor for female soldiers.
But think on how many different sizes will now be required - not to mention the extra cost.
I'm beginning to think single male soldiers with no dependents until E-6/0-4. Not PC but as the Army downsizes it's one way to save lots of money.
