Voters in Los Angeles County are expected to decide whether porn stars should be required to wear condoms on set, after a ballot initiative attracted enough signatures to qualify for the election.
...
The initiative calls for porn producers to pay for a permit [uh-huh], and for porn stars to wear a condom. The initiative even calls for fines and other punishments for those who violate the rule -- though it's unclear how the local government would monitor and regulate such a law.

But it uz TOO late...."

Remainder at the FoxNews link with LA Times article. (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/07/05/should-porn-stars-wear-condoms-la-voters-have-chance-to-decide/?test=latestnews)

More reinforcement as to why I left as soon as I could get an exit visa.

I used to work on bridge cranes in paper mills. The crane catwalks are typically the highest accessible point in any room and are completely framed by the service platform, the standard 3 rail hand/hip/knee rail and the bridge girder itself. Yet, although we were standing at the highest point in a room, we HAD to wear hard hats (designed to reduce damage from falling objects). We HAD to wear full safety harnesses (although the only thing to secure them to was BELOW our positions). Those two pieces of safety equipment caused more injury to people on my crews than they had even an infinitesimal chance of preventing. The organization that really 'runs' paper mills? OSHA

Im pleased to see that my old nemesis has expanded his control to the porn industry.
