Schroeder is not affected by Thursday's ruling because he is charged with a different crime: altering a military discharge certificate, or DD-214.

I really hope this sets a precident and judges start doing more of the same to other posers out there.

30 days is not very long, but one can hope it is 30 days filled with the biting of pillows and other forms of prison entertainment.
