I am pleased to announce (in a ps.com exclusive) that the Green Beret Foundation will hold a Gala fundraiser in New York City on October 3, 2012 at The Pierre hotel. GBF will be honoring Joe Grano, a former Green Beret who went on to serve as Chairman and CEO of UBS/Paine Webber; Georgette Mosbacher, CEO of Borghese cosmetics and a dedicated supporter of our military; and MG (ret.) Sid Shachnow, former Commanding General of Special Forces Command.
