"................On Saturday, Smallwood State Park in Marbury, Md., plays host to a snakehead-fishing festival — a combination tournament and cookout that organizers hope can make a dent in the snakehead population................"

BB. you going and help save the waters - and cook a good meal?

Any others from the area going to give it a shot?

Well, it's pretty bad up here. The Maryland DNR was giving away $200 gift cards depending on how many you catch. Now they say "prizes are given" (Link (http://www.dnr.state.md.us/dnrnews/pressrelease2011/041511.asp)). They're tearing up the eco system something fierce.

Last time I was in Thailand, the soup for one of the meals was snakehead with lemongrass... Not bad.

Snakeheads are kind of like a cross between Pike and Muskie seasoned with a little Pirhana...
