Ctrl-Alt-Delete brings up the Task Manager, which is the PC equivalent to the 'Force Quit Application.'

Hope this helps.

Doesn't do anything, remember I'm using it with an Apple computer....:(

Didn't know that detail, and cannot advise in this case.:(

Apple's folks would be my next stop.

Try the window key-alt-escape

I did,I didn't get Force Quit, but instead it faded out,and when I hit the Esc key,I came back and the f**king spinning ball was still going strong which is why I couldn't get to the Apple menu Force Quit command........ :rolleyes:However, thanks for trying, any other thoughts?.......

Windows-ALT-ESC should do it according to what I'm finding. Just make sure you hit Windows first, keeping it down, hit the Alt key, keeping both Windows and Alt down and then hit the Escape key.

If you hold ALT and then "double finger" mouse click(or right click depending on what mouse you are using) on the application icon in your dock you will be able to select force quit from the menu.

Un-plug it. Wait 15 seconds, plug it back in. That should reset it...

Or push the power button and hold it until the computer turns off. Beats crawling under the desk. :D
