One of the authors, David Kopel, authored a quick and dirty online summary of Florida law and the TM case that I posted in that thread, earlier. I have read some of Kopel's material over the years.
Kopel is an acknowledge legal expert in the area of firearms law.
I have no interest in this work or Kopel but this text might be worth a look.
