10 vacancies...those must fall under the categorey of shovel ready jobs that were not all that shovel ready afterall. I do know there are probably thousands of out of work back hoe, crane, and bull dozer operators that could do the job; obviously somthings are just to big for shovels.

No one who is qualified will take the job for what they are paying and asking them to do under the current administration.

And the corrupt leadership is happy without the oversight.

From the article cited in the OP.In the wake of lavish spending by General Services Administration (GSA) officials, lawmakers from both sides of the aisle are demanding to know why many federal agencies have no inspector general at all. MOO, lawmakers should start their inquiry by looking in the mirror. The founders made the legislative branch of the federal government the first among equals for a reason.
