5th BN 19th SFG is hosting a golf tournament to honor a fallen Brother.
it is open to everyone. even if you do not play golf, you are welcome to join some of us at the club house for a beverage and some camaraderie.

ENTRY FEE $55 per PERSON
(Includes Greens Fee, Cart and Range Balls)
• Individual Prizes for Longest Drive, Closest to Pin, Lowest Score (Individual Stroke Play)
• Mulligan’s @ $5.00 each. (Maximum of 4 Mulligan’s per player)
• 6 foot putting string @ $10 each. (Maximum of 2 strings per person)
• Registration deadline – 18 May 2012 (email form to jerry.gerome.wilson@ng.army.mil)
• Full Payment will be made at the Pro Shop prior to tournament start
• If you would like to request a foursome please include all names on one entry form
