Indeed it does. Mind over matter. I have convinced myself many times that what I was eating WASN'T what it actually was.
Sometimes it worked and sometimes there simply wasn't enough convincing in me. :eek:

Lot's of soy sauce or nuoc mam, tastes just like chicken!
Very important, before preparation, soak overnight ( the eater ) in bourbon. :D
