On November 11, 2011 - two Soldiers decided to embark a grand journey into the field of microbrewing.
Armed with a turkey fryer, a bottle of propane, and hand selected ingredients - the Jedburgh Brewing Company annouced it's arrival by deliberately brewing grains and pitching yeast in the aim of providing tasty beverages in an unconventional manner.
What has started out as a hobby has aspirations to become a Regional Beer that represents the Spirit of the American Warrior. Jedburgh Brewing - Unconventional American Craft Beers!
And so it goes...
