I don’t remember Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld ordering our Marines to be disarmed in his presence, even once).

MC - you need to ask your doctor if getting off your @$$ and using common sense and the SEARCH function before needlessly posting is right for you. If you had searched the name "Panetta" here before posting, you would have discovered that there were threads already underway discussing both topics.
