PSA Board

I am a 18D, I left 3rd Group last August, I am currently in the 19th. I have accomplished what I needed to do (BS Degree), now I am ready to go back home to Group. I was hoping to get a little personal experience from any QP that has gone through the PSA Board process. I have the information that Branch sends out to tell you the paper work requirements etc. but I was hoping to get the real scoop. Anything I can get would be great. Thanks in advance.
