Maybe they never actually stopped that LSD testing.;)

Holy SHIT! "Lindquist said the military has concluded that Underwood does not suffer PTSD, though there may be other mental health issues to be considered.
According to court documents, Underwood witnessed his mother kill his two siblings when he was a young child, and she shot Underwood multiple times and left him for dead."
I'd be wacky too, if something like that happened to me. The worst thing I went through as a kid was having my drunken mother drag me down a flight of stairs. Sheesh!

1. On 22 February 2012 I posted “Head of Madigan removed from command amid PTSD probe.” Where COL Dallas Homas, commander of Madigan along with Dr. William Keppler, the leader of Madigan's forensic psychiatric team were removed from command/suspended from clinical duties because of complaints from Soldiers who said that the forensic psychiatric team had reversed earlier diagnoses of PTSD, and tagged some of them as possible malingerers.
2. Then there’s the shooting of 16 civilians in Kandahar Province by a JBLM Soldier (on fourth deployment) who was wounded twice with an mTBI by deployment #3 and deployed anyway.
3. Now there’s this idiot, LTC Underwood that threatened to blow up the state Capitol and kill his superior officer, his estranged wife and his girlfriend. Given his childhood, I don't know where to begin.
You don’t have to be F. Lee Bailey to connect all of this, the command climate at Fort Lewis and claim the innocence of all concerned; truth be told I think they may have a case….just wait for it.
