The "Raffle" as you seem confused about, is something the Navy has done for a long time.

I disagree. I think this only reinforces the heckle by showing it retains its applicability and implications with women serving aboard the ships. :D

I just got back from the sandbox so I'm a little behind the times, I just recently found out about this from a Christmas party.
I'm from the area and this was on the local news. There is kind of an unspoken public outcry about this; a lot of people feel that since DADT was repealed the "lottery" was a little fixed to find an attractive female gay soldier for the first kiss in front of the media back home.
Conspiracy theorizing? Maybe. But stranger things have happened.

Some guys in their late 20-early 40's or so think two gals is a turn on. Well, maybe the gals think vice versa. I do not know. I do believe the gay crap is killing the military. I guess the CO's and senior NCO's will need to go to gay sensitivity training now. What hogwash.
