I wanted something spicy for supper and decided on a new recipe "Picante Squirrel". I put several squirrels in the crock pot for 4 hours and then poured a jar of Picante Sauce into the mix. After a total of 8 hours the concoction was ready. The squirrel was falling off the bones and had a great looking red sauce. I put it over a bed of rice and man was it well worth the weight.
This would be a good recipe for a lot of game animals that need to be slow cooked to get em nice and tender.
