Leaving tomorrow for the family gatherings and just took these out of the smoker. :D

Here is some offerings I have in the works for the big day,.....for a few folks!:cool: Grilled and chilled veg, cured salmon and caviar, meats and cheeses.....and am excited to read what other folks are doing this turkey day!
Hope to see some recipe's/traditions....:)

That is still one of my favorites too!! Mashed sweet potatoes (yams) with baked marshmallows!! Dip your turkey in it for a good treat! Dang...I am getting hungry already!!
