White House to Unveil $1B Plan to Expand Health Care Workforce
WASHINGTON – The White House will announce Monday the release of up to $1 billion to hire and train health care workers as part of its "We Can't Wait" program.
The funding will be given to doctors, government organizations and groups involved with Medicare and Medicaid, The Washington Post reported, for experimenting with ways to deliver effective health care and expand the related workforce while reducing the cost of doing so.

Harrumph. Well, he probably doesn't have that kinda change in his wallet, and I note the use of the word "release" vs. "donate" or "appropriate." This tells me that his self-serving style remains completely predictable, and Chris Mathews' leg will get another tingle based on the One's fabulous insight into solving the world's problems.
On the home front, I just talked to some friends known 30+ yrs, who have the #1 small-biz auto repair shop in the area. They had to tell their folks that they wouldn't be getting a much-deserved raise because they could barely keep up with new Fed requirements - since the indiv-owned biz GROSSES more than $250K they are evil-incarnate & Joe the Plumber is nodding in agreement.
November 2012 folks; no excuses, show up.
