I saw this story at several different sites. My first question: Why would a Muslim, who had a problem with this, go to a PRIVATE CATHOLIC SCHOOL? 2nd Question: It is a PRIVATE school, why is this litigation even being considered? If you are "offended" by a cross and other religious paraphernalia - DON'T GO TO A PRIVATE CATHOLIC SCHOOL! What a bunch of morons! :mad::confused:

Unfortunately, I don't believe they are idiots. It is a well thought out plan to destroy us from within. Use our own laws against us, allow our practise of accepting all religions as a means to turn us all into Muslims, or kill us trying.

Of course a Christian school should remove its religious symbols to cater to Muslims.....what else do you expect....Jewish kids go there too, they don't complain but they obviously have a better understanding of what a Catholic School is and how this Country works.
Muslims are a small percentage of our population but make a great deal of noise over their 'rights' as they see them.
Can you imagine them with a larger population or in the majority....we (non muslim )would have no rights at all

IMO, whether intentional or unintentional, the aggregation of similar Muslim demands (and, assuming acquiescence) arguably contributes to a soft tyranny.

It's one of Alinsky's rules: "Use your enemy's rules against them." If you have laws against intolerance or discrimination you can use those against every institution. Works, doesn't it(?)

Spot on. I am Jewish and so is my wife, when we first got married we were living in CT and my wife attended Sacred Heart University for a year without so much as a peep about the Christian religious symbols she passed daily...
Lead and brass are gonna be the new black...

Search the attorneys name, John Banzhaf. He's never met a lawsuit he didn't like. It wouldn't be surprising if he incited the muslim students' angst for publicity and income.

I went to Mr. Banzhaf's web site (http://banzhaf.net/) where I found his e-mail address contact@banzhaf.net. I have sent an e-mail asking him to defend his position and will post his reply if he does actually reply. I realize it's unlikely he will, and if I do receive a response, it's likely to be filled with lawyer-speak, but I felt compelled to get some first-hand info from somebody holding such a ridiculous position.

Maybe these Muslim students will just fail ALL of their classes, and not be permitted to enroll again? Seems they are already on that path.
On a different note, I'd like to be a surgeon, but they made physics far to difficult for me. If I sue the university, will they make physics easier for me?

The arbitrary assertion of Pluralism is not a good thing for the integrity of a great country like ours. America was built on strong values by many different types of people coming together for the common interest. We seem to live in an era where minority views come to the forefront and are allowed to erode the fabric of our society.
There is a sea change going on in this country where immigrants are not assimilating but exercise their rights to change the very country they decided to come to.:mad: Much like in small towns where outsiders change the area they came to, ironically to be more like the places they left. Look at Italy where Muslim populations now have over taken the Catholic populations, also look to England and France for examples. It does start at the top and trickle down, Holder is just one example, he would rather sue the States than enforce Federal law ( which I thought was his job?).
Perhaps Banzhaf will end up in line right behind John Edwards....waiting for some of those lace-less shoes and a nice orange outfit!
