cell tower location OCONUS HELP

anyone have a NIPR/SIPR link to a site that has cell tower locations OCONUS. PM me for my SIPR address. Im trying to locate cell towers in a certain AO

Yeah I was sent a POC to call. thx. If you have a SIPR link for Hondo, that would make things easier. I currently dont need the data anymore, but who knows, someone else may in the future
