As soldiers, police officers, trainers or members of other hazardous professions; we often emphasize the need to constantly practice good Situational Awareness. People who have not been exposed to the need for good SA (sheeple), often wonder what the big deal is. Here is a very illustrative example of the need for good SA. Enjoy.

I remmber being at Ft. Bragg when a "soldier" robbed a bank on base.......
Guy was in uniform, covered his face, not his name tag.......:munchin

I saw that last night on the news....LMAO.
A DUMB ASS doesn't practice good SA anyway.
Notice the calmness of the clerk as he counts the money while he takes it from the register.
The Officer stating that he could not believe this was happening with him standing there....
Reminded me of the time back in the 80's when I was backing-up a county deputy arresting two drunks. While the deputy was frisking one, the other was leaning against the patrol vehicle with his arms folded. With me standing there, he looks at the deputy's weapon and looks back at me. He looks at the weapon again, looks at me and drops his arms. I'm thinking "I can't believe this dumb ass is going for the gun with me right in front of him". I pulled my weapon, aimed it at his chest, told him if he moved his hand I would shoot him. Made him lay down on the ground until we got him "hooked up". My SA had kicked-in.
SA is a valuable tool!
Might we say that "Lack of SA could make one a DA"?
