Look for the guy with Gadaffi in the car at about 0:45 in the clip :boohoo....by the reaction of Gadaffi he doesn't seem to be anyone important lol

Looks like a break in the tape. Check out the background scenery.
Yea, there is a video somewhere I saw without the break but I can't seem to find it now. He definitely fell and went under the left rear tire.
The high school final exam results must have come out that day. The guy that fell must have been a nephew that was celebrating with uncle G without actually passing.
