Hello gents
Im here at mackall with some time on my hands. As an aspiring echo I've been trying to get some music/football on the an/prc-148 for the team. I have had little success with a couple different antennas not more than a second or two of radio at a time. I have limited resources but is it even possible to do this? Anyone have any ideas for me to try? Thanks.
You guys get cellphones or internet at CMK now? What is the world coming to?;)
I sound like one of the more "senior" guys on the board now... :p

OMG!!!!!!!
I would have given you extra duty to take your mind off the travesty of you having to endure being at CMK during Labor Day of all things.

Sure! Tune to your favorite station, put it on FM, and max the BW. Tune up to 120-174 fm wideband to get your TV channels (if they still broadcast in analog).
Just make sure you don't key the mike!
