Not to make light of the circumstance...
It may be a typo, but I would suggest it is not a FALSE statement.
Another example of how "Spell check" will not tell you the word is WRONG, just that it is or is not misspelled. This has become more and more common. If there isn't a red or green or blue underline, then it must be correct, right?

My favorite misprint was in that famous Newspaper the 'Leaf Chronicle' in Clarksville, Tn...
They had an article about their renewed efforts to reduce the many typo's and misprints in their fine paper...the article was printed twice on the same page...but the best was the mens sale at Dillards in a quarter page add....
