Is this some kind of sick joke? North Korea given the head slot in the U.N. disarmament committee is like putting the fox in charge of the hen house. You gotta love the first ones to congratulate them too, Iran; China; and Burma. These are some hotbeds for disarmament for sure. This just increases my optomistic opinion of the U.N.

The U.N. has always loved commies.

!!!!!!!!!!!

I opened the article, and scrolled to the top of the page expecting to see the domain name www.theonion.com, not fox news. That's very disturbing, not to mention foolish.

Remember this is the same U.N. who has listed as members of the "Human Rights Council":

China

Cuba

Saudi Arabia

Libya was a member as well until suspended in March 2011

You have got to be kidding! Why we bother to continue with the UN, I'll never know. What a joke!

On the plus side, the committee members will be able to get a group discount on pantsuits.

Yes, of course..

According to Pyongyang’s “official website”, North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Il’s “modest-looking” leisure suits have “gripped people’s imagination and become a global vogue.”

"Global vogue" funny, my spell check doesn't give "vogue" as an option when I misspell "vomit". Must be the DPRK knockoff version that does that...

Our current administration belongs in the same category as do the rest of the UN diplomats. (dumb ---es)

Remember the Chairman Mao hats?

I prefer a Trotsky mustachio myself.

You mean like the CIA walking suits we wore in Thailand? They were issued with a Rolex Submariner, blue sapphire ring and a Browning 9mm...
